2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER CENTRAL PLACEMENT SCORE (UNDER ANNEX 1) FOR HORIZONTAL TRANSFER APPLICATIONS
REGULATIONS
1) For the Central Placement Score (Annex 1) and Application Principles for the Fall and Spring Semesters determined by the Higher Education Council, please click here.
If a student's central placement score (ÖSYM) from the year they enrolled is equal to or higher than the minimum score required for the program they wish to transfer to, the student may apply for horizontal transfer, including preparatory classes, intermediate classes, and final classes, regardless of their academic performance or program equivalence.
APPLICATION
Applications for horizontal transfer based on the Central Placement Score for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester (under Annex-1) will begin on August 1, 2025 at 09:30.
Applications must be submitted online; applications submitted in person or by mail will not be accepted.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
In order for the application to be evaluated, the specified documents must be uploaded to the online application system by the application deadline. Applications with missing documents will not be evaluated.
High School Diploma (can be obtained through e-government)
Photocopy of Identity Card
Document stating that the applicant has not previously transferred (Certificate of No Obstacle to Transfer)
Original Transcript (Certified copy)
Course Contents (Certified copy)
Student Certificate (Newly dated certified copy)
Certificate of No Disciplinary Action (May be included in the transcript or student certificate)

FOREIGN LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXAMINATIONS LOCATION, DATE, AND TIME
For applicants who have applied for horizontal transfer to the English programs of the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, and Faculty of Pharmacy under Article 1 and do not have English language proficiency certificates, an English Proficiency Exam will be conducted at our university.
