2025-2026 FALL SEMESTER HORIZONTAL TRANSFER REGISTRATION PROCEDURES WITH ADDENDUM 1
Registration procedures will be conducted online between 1 September and 3 September 2025. Additionally, the required documents for registration must be submitted in person to the Student Affairs Office of Lokman Hekim University by 12 September 2025.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
- Passport-sized photograph (4 copies)
- High school diploma (available via e-government)
- Copy of ID Card
- Certificate of No Previous Horizontal Transfer (Certificate of No Obstacle to Horizontal Transfer)
- Original Transcript (e-signed or wet-signed)
- Course Contents (e-signed or wet-signed)
- Student Certificate (e-signed or wet-signed)
- Certificate of No Disciplinary Action (may be included in the transcript or student certificate)
- Criminal Record Certificate (available via e-government)
- ÖSYM Placement Certificate
- ÖSYM Result Certificate
- Fee Receipt

Lokman Hekim University 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Horizontal Transfer registration payments can only be made through the online payment screen.

Dear Applicants,
Fees for horizontal transfers for the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year, as per Additional Article 1, will be accepted between August 28, 2025, and August 29, 2025. You can make your payments via the Online Payment window.
Applicants who have made their payments will be able to register online between September 1 and September 3, as stated in the announcement.
Online Registration Procedures
To register online for the programme you have been admitted to, please log in to the Horizontal Transfer Application Candidate Page (click here);
1) You must access the ‘Results > Online Registration Procedures’ menu (Figure 1).

In this menu, you will see the button for the departments you can register for (if accepted) according to your preference order.
You can also find the following information in this area;
- Student Number
- Registration Start-End Date (registration will not be accepted after the end date)
- Your registration status: Not Registered or Registered
2) You must pay the tuition fee in order to complete your online registration. Otherwise, the warning shown in Figure 2 will appear on the screen. The payment system is updated hourly. It may take up to 1 hour for your payment to be confirmed.

3) After completing your payment, clicking the button will display the Online Registration Processes menu shown in Figure 3. After reading and accepting the text displayed here, you must check the ‘I Accept’ box at the bottom of the screen.

To complete your registration, you must click the button. After clicking this button, your online registration will be completed. The message ‘Online Registration Completed Successfully’ will appear on the screen as shown in Figure 4.

Candidates who do not register during the final registration period will lose their registration rights, and the registration rights will be transferred to the alternate candidate.
