Dear Students
Work has begun on the 2025 Digital Yearbook.
The “cap and gown” photo shoot for students graduating in the 2024-2025 academic year
will take place between June 11 and 27, 2025, at our university campus in the Fitness Center on the 1st floor of Block B.
One portrait photo will be taken of each student for their yearbook page. Caps and gowns will be available for you at the photo shoot area.
The dates for the photo shoots for graduating students are as follows:
Dental Faculty: June 11, 2025 / 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Faculty of Sports Sciences: June 11, 2025 / 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
SHMYO: June 12, 2025 / 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM * 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Faculty of Health Sciences: June 13, 2025 / 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM * 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Faculty of Medicine: June 20, 2025 / 11:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Pharmacy Faculty: June 27, 2025 / 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Make-up Day (Except Pharmacy Faculty) June 23, 2025 / 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
We kindly request that our students who are about to graduate be present at the designated area at the specified dates and times for the photo shoot.
Photography is not mandatory and is free of charge.
