REGISTRATION PROCEDURES BASED ON 2025 YKS RESULTS
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION (E-REGISTRATION):
How to complete the E-Registration process?
(E-Registration procedures are conducted after the tuition fee has been paid.)
All prospective students can complete their registration process through E-Government using Electronic Registration.
After completing E-Registration, you can verify your student status by obtaining a Student Certificate from E-Government.
Prospective students who wish to complete electronic registration (e-registration) must obtain an E-Government password from a PTT branch if they do not already have one.
Prospective students who wish to register electronically can do so between September 1-3, 2025, by clicking on the “University E-Registration” option under the “Council of Higher Education” heading in the e-services section of the E-Government Portal at turkiye.gov.tr. (The electronic registration screen will open after the tuition fees are paid. Tuition fees do not apply to students receiving a 100% scholarship.)
In the e-registration, the student's placement information will be automatically retrieved from the ÖSYM database. Information regarding whether the student has graduated from high school will also be displayed on the same screen. Military service status will not prevent registration. However, students for whom high school graduation information cannot be obtained from the Ministry of National Education will not be able to complete electronic registration and will be directed to our university.
Students who are currently enrolled in two associate degree or two bachelor's degree programs simultaneously cannot complete electronic registration.
Students who have completed the e-registration process must submit the required documents for in-person registration, along with a barcoded printout from the e-Government Portal confirming their registration, to the Student Affairs Coordination Office by September 30, 2025, at the latest.
Candidates who cannot complete the e-registration process will be able to register in person at the University Student Affairs Coordination Office between September 1 and 5, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
Candidates must apply in person or through a representative appointed by a notary public. Registration by mail is not accepted.

Required Documents for Registration:
1) 4 passport-sized photographs (The Turkish ID number and the program you have been admitted to must be written on the back of the photographs.)
2) Original high school diploma or e-government printout or temporary graduation certificate.
3) Copy of ID card
4) Population registration example (to be obtained via e-government)
5) Residence certificate (to be obtained via e-government)
6) Criminal record form (to be obtained via e-government)
7) ÖSYM results and placement certificate.
8) ÖSYM preference form.
9) Bank receipt confirming payment of tuition fees.
Candidates who do not register through e-government must register in person.
Registration will not be accepted with incomplete documents or by mail.
Students must have their own email address and phone number for registration purposes. Students without an email address or phone number must obtain them prior to registration.
Registration Dates:
NOTE: Students who have been admitted to the English Preparatory Class for the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Pharmacy, and Faculty of Dentistry must first register with the relevant faculty.
PAYMENT TERMS AND BANK INFORMATION:
I. Advance Payment:
Students who will register with the 2025 YKS can make advance payments between September 1-5, 2025 using the following information.
Payment Points:
1. You can pay in a single installment or in installments using multiple cards via our website by entering the student's Turkish ID number and credit card/debit card details. You can also consult your credit card provider to take advantage of any installment options offered by your bank. You can pay in installments using your own card via the virtual POS terminals of Yapı Kredi Bankası and Vakıfbank. TEB virtual POS only accepts single payments.
2. Payments can be made at all branches of Türk Ekonomi Bankası by specifying that the payment is for Lokman Hekim University education and providing the student's Turkish ID number. (If you encounter any problems at the branch you visit, please ask the branch staff to contact the Çankaya Ankara Branch.)
3. From all branches of Yapı ve Kredi Bankası.
Those who wish to use this payment option must first check their debt status via this link, print out the screen, and show the document to the bank branch representative in order to make the payment.
If you encounter any problems at the branch you visit, you can request to contact the YKB Çukurambar Branch.
II. Installment Payment via OTS:
Installment payments are available with a 10% interest rate and 8 installments (1 down payment + 7 installments). To take advantage of this opportunity, you must apply to Türkiye Ekonomi Bankası (TEB), Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, or Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası between September 1 and 5.
Important notes for installment payments:
1. For installment payments at TEB: You must open an account with TEB and set up the Automatic Collection System (OTS). To do this, simply visit any TEB branch.
2. For installment payments at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, you must open an account with the bank and set up the Installment Education System (TEST). To do this, you can apply to Yapı Kredi Mobil or any Yapı ve Kredi branch.
3. By opening an account with Albaraka Türk Participation Bank and paying a 10% profit share through the OTS system, you can make 8 installments (1 down payment and 7 equal installments).
4. By opening an account with Türkiye Finans Participation Bank and paying the profit share, you can benefit from education financing for up to 12 months.
