2026 YKS Additional Placement Registration

Dear Lokman Hekim University students, congratulations on joining our university.

Electronic Registration (E-Registration)

• (E-Registration procedures are completed after the tuition fee has been paid.)

• All prospective students can complete their registration electronically through e-Devlet.
• After completing E-Registration, you can verify your student status by obtaining a Student Certificate from e-Devlet.
• Prospective students who wish to complete electronic registration (E-Registration) must obtain an e-Devlet password from a PTT branch (if they do not already have one).
• Prospective students completing electronic registration may do so between October 2 and 4, 2026, by clicking the “University E-Registration” option under the “Council of Higher Education (YÖK)” heading in the e-services section of the e-Government Portal at turkiye.gov.tr. (The electronic registration screen will open after tuition fees have been paid. Tuition fees do not apply to students with a 100% scholarship.)
• During electronic registration, the student’s placement information will be automatically retrieved from the YÖKSİS database; students who have not yet graduated will not be able to complete electronic registration and must register in person at our university’s Office of Student Affairs.
• Applicants who cannot complete online registration must complete in-person registration at our university’s Office of Student Affairs between October 5 and 9, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Required Documents for Registration

1) 4 passport-sized photos (The Turkish ID number and the program you are admitted to must be written on the back of each photo.)

2) A photocopy of the high school diploma, an e-Government printout, or a provisional graduation certificate.

3) A photocopy of the national ID card

4) A copy of the population registry record (to be obtained via e-Government)

5) Proof of residence (to be obtained via e-Government.)

6) Criminal record form (to be obtained via e-Government.)

7) ÖSYM exam results certificate.

8) ÖSYM placement certificate.

• Applicants who do not register via e-Government must register in person.
• Registration will not be accepted if documents are incomplete or submitted by mail.
• To complete the registration process, students must have their own email address and phone number. Students who do not have an email address or phone number must obtain this information before registration.

Payment Methods

You can pay your tuition fees through our University’s website (registration automation system) by entering the student’s Turkish ID number and using the SMS verification code sent to their cell phone.

1. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

A) Upfront Payment (Single Transaction) by Credit Card / Debit Card

• You can make your tuition payment with a single card or in installments using multiple cards.
• Virtual POS Selection:
  • TEB, Yapı Kredi, Halkbank, Kuveyt Türk, and VakıfBank cardholders must select their respective bank’s virtual POS on the payment screen.
  • Cardholders from other banks may complete their transactions by selecting the Yapı Kredi or TEB virtual POS infrastructure.

Installment and Promotional Options Offered by Banks:

With this payment option, our university does not directly arrange installment plans for credit cards. Installment and promotional options are determined entirely by the banks. To avoid any potential issues, you must confirm the installment and promotional terms with the bank issuing your card before making a payment.

B) Installment Payments with a Credit Card (With a 20% Interest Surcharge)

Our university offers the option to pay in 10 installments via the ZiraatPay POS system using affiliated bank cards, subject to a 20% interest surcharge.
