Student assistants will be recruited for the Departments of the Faculty of Pharmacy listed below to fulfill the duties and responsibilities specified in the Lokman Hekim University Student Assistantship Directive.
Your student assistantship applications must be submitted to the Dean's Office via petition during the Add-Drop Week (February 16-22, 2026) as specified in the Academic Calendar.
Applications must be submitted via e-mail. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.

Application Requirements for Student Assistantship:
Applications for student assistantship are made on a voluntary basis.
Only students of the faculties at Lokman Hekim University that have announced quotas can apply for student assistantship.
The student applying must not have received any disciplinary action and/or must not be subject to a disciplinary investigation.
Students with frozen registration are not eligible to apply.
To be a student assistant, the student must be at least in their second year and have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of not less than 3.00/4.00.
The student must comply with other rules and specifications determined by the course instructor.
Each student can serve as a student assistant in only one department per semester.
