The Faculty of Pharmacy at Lokman Hekim University will host a Medical Aromatherapy Seminar, an academic event designed to explore the scientific foundations and healthcare applications of plant-derived essential oils.
From Botanical Compounds to Clinical Perspectives
Aromatherapy has increasingly gained attention as a complementary approach that utilizes the pharmacological properties of essential oils to support health and well-being.
The seminar will address the historical development of aromatherapy, its pharmaceutical foundations, and its role within modern healthcare practices. Participants will gain insights into the chemical composition of essential oils, extraction methods, safety considerations, and their potential therapeutic applications.
Aromatherapy from a Pharmaceutical Perspective
