On February 13, 2026, the Mentor Orientation Program, organized by the Department of Midwifery as part of the 2025–2026 academic year spring semester commencement, was successfully conducted.
Within the scope of the program, mentors received guidance on effective communication, mentoring roles and responsibilities, and academic support processes. Designed as a continuation of the fall semester program, the orientation aimed to ensure the sustainability and effective implementation of the mentoring system.
The program was completed in a way that will enable mentors to provide stronger support to students throughout their academic and social adaptation processes.
