As Lokman Hekim University, we have transitioned to an Integrated Quality Management System with the aim of strengthening our institutional development process and ensuring a sustainable quality approach in all our academic and administrative activities. Within this scope, a structure that will ensure the traceability, transparency, and continuous improvement of our processes has been successfully implemented.

Furthermore, to increase stakeholder satisfaction and operate feedback mechanisms more effectively, a Satisfaction Management System has been added to our university's website. This system aims to enable our units and all stakeholders to communicate their opinions, suggestions, and satisfaction reports more quickly, regularly, and in an accessible way.

The active use of this system by all our stakeholders will significantly contribute to strengthening our quality processes and institutional development.
