Fall Semester 2025-2026: Tuition payments for students with delayed or extended semesters will be collected again on September 4-5, 2025.

Students Paying Late:

The tuition payment deadline, set for August 24, 2025, in the Academic Calendar, has been extended until August 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM to allow our students to make more effective use of the new tools included in the payment system.

A 5% penalty will be applied to payments made on September 4-5, 2025, for those who have not made their payments by 11:59 p.m. on August 27.

Students who have not paid their fees and completed their course registration by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2025, will not have their registrations renewed.

We kindly request our students to show the necessary sensitivity to avoid any inconvenience.

Students Extending Their Term:

The course selection form must be approved by their academic advisors and submitted in person to the Office of Financial Affairs by 5:30 PM on September 5, 2025.

Students who submit their documents to the Financial Affairs Department must make their payments via the payment links on the website between September 4-5, 2025.

After payment is made, course registration can be completed through the student information system.

Courses defined as 0 (zero) credits in the system are calculated based on 1 (one) credit. If the tuition fee calculated based on the total credits of the courses exceeds the total fee for the semester, the semester fee will be charged.

Semester Extension Fee per Credit:

National: 9,405.00 TL

International: 255.00 USD

You can access the Extended Course Selection Form via this link.

Payment Methods:

  2. Payments can be made at all branches of Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB) by specifying that it is a Lokman Hekim University education payment and providing the student's Turkish ID number. (If any issues arise, please inform them to contact the Çankaya Ankara Branch).
