“O Ses Lokman” Competition Excites Audiences: Elif Wins First Place!
Lokman Hekim University added another event to its academic and social calendar, bringing color to the campus environment. The “O Ses Lokman” competition, held for the first time this year at the university and attracting great interest, was both entertaining and competitive.
A total of 8 names from the university's administrative and academic staff volunteered to participate in the competition, offering the audience an unforgettable musical feast with their stage performances and vocal talents. The event, held in the Lokman Hekim University conference hall, was met with great interest from students and university staff. The participants, who filled the hall, enthusiastically followed the contestants' performances on stage.
Colorful Performances Took to the Stage
Throughout the competition, administrative and academic staff who took to the stage captivated both the jury and the audience with their performances that rivaled those of professional artists. A wide repertoire ranging from Turkish art music to pop music, folk music, and contemporary pieces was performed.
The hall frequently erupted in applause during the contestants' performances, and there were also emotional moments.
Elif Zirvede, Rahman Can, and Ali Haliloğlu Followed Closely
In the fierce music competition, Elif KÖDEN won first place with her successful stage performance and powerful voice, based on the joint evaluation of the jury and the audience. Rahman Can YURDUSEVEN came in second with his highly acclaimed performance, while Ali HALİLOĞLU took third place with his powerful stage presence and impressive performance.
At the end of the competition, medals were presented to the winners. All participants were invited on stage for a group photo, while the audience cheered them on.

In a statement from the university administration, it was announced that due to the high interest in the O Ses Lokman competition, it is planned to continue as a traditional event in the coming years.
