FROM THE RECTORATE OF LOKMAN HEKİM UNIVERSITY

Academic staff members and teaching staff will be recruited to be employed in the units affiliated with our University in accordance with the conditions specified in the relevant provisions of Higher Education Law No. 2547, the Regulation on Promotion and Appointment to Faculty Member Positions, the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Central Examination and Entrance Examinations to Be Applied in Appointments to Academic Staff Positions Other Than Faculty Members, and the Lokman Hekim University Directive on Promotion and Appointment Criteria for Faculty Members.

• Photocopy of Turkish ID card

• Criminal record check

• Foreign language proficiency certificate

Candidates to be assigned to English-language programs must possess the qualification to teach in English in accordance with the relevant legislation.

The documents required for the application must be submitted to the Human Resources Directorate of Lokman Hekim University either in person or by mail.

Candidates applying for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions must fully complete the Application Form and the Declaration of Minimum Criteria specific to the relevant title, and submit their résumés prepared in the YÖK format along with the other application documents specified in the announcement.

Additionally, in accordance with the Lokman Hekim University Guidelines on Criteria for Promotion and Appointment to Faculty Positions, it is essential to complete the Scientific Activities and Points Table, sign it, and include it in the application file.

In addition to the application file, applicants must submit copies of their diplomas, relevant foreign language proficiency certificates, a resume prepared in the YÖK format, a list of publications, and USB drives containing their scientific work and publications in electronic format at the time of application. The number of USB drives required is 6 (six) for professor positions and 4 (four) for associate professor and assistant professor positions. Applications may be submitted in person or by mail to the University’s Office of Human Resources within the timeframe specified in the announcement.
