Final Evaluation Results for the Faculty Recruitment Announcement

Documents Required from Candidates Eligible for Appointment to Research Assistant and Instructor Positions

As a result of the final evaluation, candidates eligible for appointment to a Research Assistant or Instructor position must submit the documents listed below to our University’s Office of Human Resources in order to complete the appointment and onboarding procedures.

1. Copy of Turkish ID Card
2. Criminal Record
   A current, barcoded document obtained through e-Government.
3. Military Service Status Certificate
   A current document obtained through e-Government for male candidates.
4. Residence Certificate
   A current, barcoded document obtained through e-Government.
5. Medical Report
6. Bachelor’s Degree Diploma / Graduation Certificate
7. Graduate Degree Diploma / Graduation Certificate
   Master’s and/or doctoral degree certificate, as required by the relevant position and job posting conditions.
8. Current Graduate Student Certificate
   For candidates, particularly those applying for Research Assistant positions, who must meet the graduate student status requirement specified in the job posting.
9. Undergraduate Transcript
10. ALES Score Report
11. Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate
    If a foreign language requirement is specified for the position.
12. Social Security Institution (SGK) Registration and Service Record
13. Service Certificate
    For candidates who have previously worked or are currently working in public institutions and organizations.
14. Documents Demonstrating Compliance with the Job Posting’s Special Requirements
    Documents related to professional experience or any special requirements specified in the job posting.
15. 2 Passport-Sized Photographs
16. Bank Account/IBAN Information
