Registration Procedures Based on the 2025 ÖZYES Additional Placement Results
Candidates who have earned the right to enroll at our university through ÖZYES will complete their registration in person at the University Student Affairs Office between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on November 3-7, 2025, provided they have paid their tuition fees.
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
Candidates must apply in person or through a representative appointed by a notary public. Registration by mail is not accepted.

Documents Required for Registration:
1) 4 passport-size photographs (The applicant's Turkish ID number and the program they have been accepted to must be written on the back of the photographs.)
2) High school diploma (to be obtained via e-government)
3) Copy of identity card
4) Population registry example (to be obtained via e-government)
5) Residence certificate (to be obtained via e-government)
6) Criminal record form (to be obtained via e-government)
7) ÖZYES results certificate
8) ÖZYES placement certificate
Registration will not be accepted with missing documents or by mail.
Students must have their own email address and phone number for registration procedures. Students who do not have an email address and phone number must obtain them before registration.
PAYMENT TERMS AND BANK INFORMATION:
Note: Candidates who wish to enroll in our university based on their ÖZYES results must first have their registration canceled at their previous university.
