Application Requirements

  • Graduate students (master's and doctoral) studying in the field of health sciences and academics working in the field of health sciences can apply for the event.
  • When participants are determined, two lists of participants will be created, consisting of 20 main participants and 10 alternates. If the people on the main list cannot participate in the program, the people on the alternate list will be accepted to the program in order.
  • Participants' accommodation expenses will be covered by the project. No arrangements will be made for accommodation or travel.
  • In selecting participants, efforts will be made to ensure diversity in terms of the institutions they are affiliated with. The number of participants accepted from the same university will not exceed 20% of the total number of participants.
  • Participants will be required to submit their transcripts, and their grade point average will be considered in the ranking.
  • Participants will be asked to submit a letter of intent outlining their reasons for participating in the event, and these letters will be considered in the ranking.

DETAILED CONTENT: Participants are expected to present examples of projects they prepared using a method they determined based on previously provided instructions. Evaluations will be made together with jury members, and awards will be given to the top three projects.
