    Dear Students

     

    In order to provide you with better and quality service in our university cafeterias, E-Campus online balance loading and reservation system has been activated.

    The animation link and user guide on how to activate and apply the new system are attached for your information.

    All staff (Academic/Administrative) and students (Scholarship/Fee) who want to benefit from the food service in the cafeterias of our university must open an account at Yapı Kredi Bank (except those who have an account before) and then install and activate the E-Campus application from Yapı Kredi mobile.

    Along with the e-Campus application, the reservation system will also be valid as of Monday, 18/09/2023. The user manual of the reservation system is attached for your information and the working principle of the reservation system is as follows;

    For the days you want to make a reservation, you must have made a reservation for the following week one week in advance (from 8:00 am on Monday until 12:00 pm on Friday, via the link https://rezervasyon.al/).
    There is no cancellation and no refund.
    When making a reservation, the location (A.Blok or C.Blok) and meal group (noon) must be selected.
    You can only benefit from the cafeteria service at the location (A.Blok or C.Blok) where you have made a reservation.
    Without a reservation, the turnstiles will not allow passage.

    Note: For our students and staff who want to open an account at Yapı Kredi Bank on September 18-19-20, 2023, three bank personnel assigned by Yapı Kredi Bank will serve at our University between 9:00-17:00 in the meeting room on the ground floor of our University A/Block.
