Announcement of Erasmus+ Study and Traineeship Mobility Results
Spring Semester, Academic Year 2025–2026
Within the scope of the Erasmus+ Programme, applications submitted under the 2025 Project Student Study and Traineeship Mobility scheme have been evaluated, and the results have been finalized.
These results cover Study and Traineeship Mobility activities implemented under the Erasmus+ Project numbered 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000334350.
The results of the 2025 KA131 Study and Traineeship Mobility call have been announced. Students who have been selected as main-listed (with or without grant) are required to upload the following documents to the Turna Portal:
Euro bank account statement including IBAN details
Comprehensive travel and health insurance policy (minimum coverage of €30,000)
First page of the passport containing personal identification details
Visa page (for students subject to visa requirements)
Mobility Agreement (duly signed)
Students who complete the document upload process in full must contact the Erasmus Office via email to schedule an appointment for the grant agreement.
Candidates who have not yet received their letter of acceptance are required to submit the document to the Erasmus Office no later than 25 February.
Students who wish to withdraw from the mobility programme must submit a signed withdrawal petition to the Erasmus Office by the end of working hours on Tuesday, 4 February.
