    1812 TÜBİTAK BIGG | Investment Based Entrepreneurship Support Program

    With the BIGG Project, 900,000 TL investment support is offered to business ideas with a 3% partnership with TÜBİTAK in order to create start-up companies that can develop innovative, high-tech products and services with international competitiveness.

    Investment Scenarios

    TUBITAK has organized the investments realized within the scope of the 1812 project in 3 scenarios:

    TUBITAK BIGG Fund: The right to receive 900.000 TL investment by TUBITAK in exchange for a 3% share.

     

    Co-Investment Process: The implementing organization or legal entities acting on behalf of the implementing organization according to the contract between them, the right to co-invest with TÜBİTAK BIGG Fund in organizations within the framework of 1812-TUBITAK Investment-Based Entrepreneurship Support Program.

     

    Global Clean Technologies Entrepreneurship Program Additional Investment: The right to receive an investment of 1.500.000 TL in return for a 5% share of the investment to be made by TÜBİTAK BIGG Fund.

    Thematic Areas

    In the following Thematic Areas, innovation-oriented business ideas that will be transformed into products and services with verified commercial value will have the opportunity to benefit from an investment incentive of 900,000 TL, provided that they are evaluated positively by TÜBİTAK.

    Application Requirements

    Candidates who are not the founder or partner of any business as of the date of pre-application to the call, who have not previously received TÜBİTAK 1512 - Entrepreneurship Support Program support, and who are associate, undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and doctoral students or graduates of any higher education institution can apply to the program.

    How to Apply?

    LHUSTEK collaborates with Istanbul Medipol University Technology Transfer Office A.Ş., Ankara Medipol University, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University and Turkish German University Technology Development Zone Management A.Ş. with the awareness of the power arising from the combination of different competencies.

    How Does the Process Work?

    The Pre-Application form filled out by the candidates is evaluated and they are informed whether they will continue the project or not.

    Candidates who continue the project are taken to the Training and Mentoring camp. Candidates who develop their projects are requested to make a corporate presentation. Candidates who complete the board evaluation positively are registered in the TÜBİTAK system.
