Lokman Hekim University began its academic activities in the 2018–2019 academic year. The University currently offers education to 5,183 students through 15 undergraduate programs within five faculties—the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Health Sciences, and Faculty of Sports Sciences—as well as 12 associate degree programs within the Vocational School of Health Services. In addition, education continues within the Institute of Health Sciences, which offers 27 thesis-based master’s programs, 6 non-thesis master’s programs, and 13 doctoral programs. The University also operates 16 Application and Research Centers under its institutional structure.
Lokman Hekim University awarded its first graduates on 12 August 2020, through the First and Emergency Aid Technician and Anesthesia Technician programs within the Vocational School of Health Services.
