The vehicle sale will be tendered through an open bidding process in accordance with Article 29 of the Foundation Higher Education Institutions Tender Regulation published in the Official Gazette No. 30597.

f) Location of the Tender: The tender for the vehicles described above will be held at the address specified below on the date and time indicated. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Department, A Block, A Floor, at the same address by the deadline specified above.

The tender specifications and all detailed information can be obtained by calling 444 8 548 -69101, visiting Lokman Hekim University in person, or accessing the documents available on the Lokman Hekim University website.

3 - CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER

Bidders wishing to participate in the tender must submit the following documents to the administration by the date and time of the tender.

3.1 - If the Bidder is an Individual:

a) Legal residence certificate (phone number and fax number, if available, must be included in the document),

b) Notarized signature declaration,

c) If participating on behalf of the bidder, power of attorney documents for those submitting the bid on behalf of the bidder, along with the notarized signature declaration of the person participating on behalf of the bidder,

ç) The terms and conditions signed separately on each page by all parties participating in the tender,

d) Notarized copy of the identity card or certified copy of the identity card,

e) Receipt, document, or bank-issued temporary guarantee letter confirming payment of the temporary guarantee specified in the terms and conditions,

3.2 - If the Bidder is a Legal Entity:

a) A document issued by the Chamber of Commerce or other official authorities where the bidder is registered, confirming that the company is registered and currently active, obtained within the year of the tender,

b) A notarized power of attorney and signature circular of the person or persons authorized to participate in the tender on behalf of the company, or a notarized power of attorney stating that the person or persons authorized to participate in the tender are the company's agents,

c) Providing a mailing address and telephone number in Turkey (in written form),

ç) Receipt, document, or bank-issued letter of guarantee confirming payment of the provisional guarantee specified in the tender specifications
4 - Participants in the tender are deemed to have accepted the tender specifications.
5 – Tender document sale price (including tax, if applicable): 250 TL (Two hundred and fifty Turkish Lira). Participants wishing to purchase the documents must deposit the amount into the TR460003200000000091168132 IBAN account.
6 - Lokman Hekim University reserves the right to conduct or not conduct the tender and to determine the appropriate price.
