The “Rare Diseases Day” event, organized in collaboration with the Department of Medical Genetics and the Rare Diseases and Orphan Drugs Research Center, was held on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 15:00 at the A Block -1st Floor Conference Hall. During the event, the general situation, diagnosis, diagnosis and treatment options of rare diseases were discussed.
The seminar was given by academicians who are experts in their fields. Prof. Dr. Serdar Ceylaner, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gülay Ceylaner and Prof. Dr. Bülent Özpolat shared their valuable knowledge in their fields of expertise with the participants. Students and academicians showed great interest in the event.
Aiming to raise awareness on rare diseases, the seminar provided an informative and enlightening experience for the participants and contributed to the sharing of current developments in the field.
