Lokman Hekim University, 2024 Graduation Ceremony, 1-2. July. 2024 will be held in Batıkent Haydar Aliyev Park Open Amphitheater.
CEREMONY PROGRAM
The ceremony program will be held in the same order on the following hours and days:

09.00- 11.30 Faculty of Medicine
12.30- 14.30 Faculty of Dentistry
15.30- 17.30 Faculty of Pharmacy
Tuesday, July 2, 2024
09.00- 12.00 Faculty of Health Sciences
13.00- 15.00 Faculty of Sports Sciences
16.00- 18.00 Vocational School of Health Services
CEREMONY ATTENDANCE AND CONTACT:
Attendance to the graduation ceremony is mandatory for all graduation candidates.
Students who wish to submit an excuse must submit their excuses to the addresses below until 17:30 on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at the latest.

It is important that our graduates who will attend the ceremony take note of the following information and future e-mail announcements.
CAP AND GOWN SUPPLY AND RETURN:
- The caps and robes to be worn during the ceremony will be available for sale at the LHU STORE (A Block Entrance Floor) until the end of working hours on Friday, June 28, 2024.
- The sales and rental deposit fee for caps and robes is 800 TL.
- If our students return their robes to LHU STORE after the ceremony until July 5, 2024 at the latest, 300 TL deposit fee will be returned to the student after deducting 500 TL usage fee.
- Graduates who rent a cap and gown must return the cap and gown to LHU STORE within 3 business days after the ceremony.
- The responsibility of the cap and gown belongs to the graduate.
- When returning the graduation robe and cap to the school, the following conditions will not be accepted:
1. Any operation (narrowing, shortening, etc.) has been made on the clothing,
2. Any burn marks (iron burn, cigarette burn, etc.),
3. Additions (needlework, lace, etc.) to the robes,
4. Any rips or tears on the robe or cap at the time of return,
5. The cap tassel is detached,
6. Deformation of the cap,
7. Failure to return the cap and gown as a set (loss of the cap).
BROADCAST OF THE CEREMONY
The graduation ceremony will be broadcast live on Lokman Hekim University's corporate YouTube channel with open access.
