REGISTRATION ACCORDING TO 2024 YKS RESULTS
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION (E-REGISTRATION):
How is E-Registration done?

§ ( E-Registration is done after the tuition fee is paid.)

§ All prospective students will be able to register with Electronic Registration via E-Government.

§ After e-registration, you can check your student status by obtaining a Student Certificate from E-Government.

§ Prospective students who want to register electronically (e-registration) are required to obtain an e-government password from PTT branches (if they do not have one).

§ Prospective students who will register electronically can register between August 19-21, 2024 by clicking on the “University E-Registration” option that will open under the title of “Presidency of the Council of Higher Education” under the e-services section of the E-Government Gateway at turkiye.gov.tr. (The electronic registration screen will open after the tuition fees are deposited. Tuition fees do not include 100% scholarship students).

§ In e-registration, the student's placement information will come automatically from ÖSYM data. Information about whether the student is a high school graduate from the Ministry of National Education will also be available on the same screen. Military service will not prevent them from registering. However, students who cannot obtain high school graduation information from the Ministry of National Education will not be able to register electronically and will be directed to our University.

§ Students enrolled in two formal associate degree or two undergraduate programs at the same time will not be able to register electronically.

§ Students who have completed the e-registration process must submit the documents requested in face-to-face registration procedures to the Student Affairs Coordinatorship until September 30, 2024 at the latest, together with the barcoded printout showing that they have registered through the E-Government Gateway.

§ Candidates who cannot e-register will register in person at the University Student Affairs Coordinatorship between 09:00 and 18:00 onAugust 19-23, 2024.

FACE-TO-FACE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

§ For registration, candidates must apply in person or through persons appointed as proxy through a notary public. Registration is not done by mail.

§ Registration Address:

§ Documents Required for Registration:

1) 4 passport size photographs (T.R. ID number and the program won will be written on the back of the photographs)
2) Original high school diploma or e-government printout or temporary graduation certificate.
3) Photocopy of identity card
4) Population registration sample (to be obtained via e-government)
5) Residence (to be obtained via e-government)
6) Criminal record form (to be obtained via e-government)
7) OSYM result and placement certificate.
8) ÖSYM preference form.
9) Final registration is made after the education fee is deposited. System confirmation that the education fee has been paid is required.

§ Candidates who do not register via e-government must register in person.

§ Incomplete documents or registration by mail will not be made.

§ For registration, our students must have their own e-mail and phone number. Students who do not have e-mail and phone numbers must obtain them before registration.

REGISTRATION FOR ALL CANDIDATES WHO CANNOT REGISTER FOR ANY REASON

NOTE: Students who are entitled to enroll in the English Preparatory Class of the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Pharmacy and Faculty of Dentistry must first register with the relevant Faculty.

PAYMENT TERMS AND BANK INFORMATION:

I. Advance Payment:

Students who will register with 2024 YKS can pay in advance between August 15- 23, 2024 with the following information.

Payment Points:

1. You can make a single payment by credit card / debit card with the student's T.R. ID number query on our website or you can pay in parts by using more than one card. You can also make installments by contacting the bank of your credit card and taking advantage of the installment opportunities provided by your bank.

In order for our parents who will pay in advance by credit card to benefit from the education installment opportunity offered by the bank they will pay, they should contact the customer service of the bank and get information about their campaigns and make their payments according to this information.

2. Payments can be made from all branches of the Turkish Economy Bank with the student's T.R. Identity number, indicating that it is Lokman Hekim University education payment. (In case of problems at the branch you go to, please inform the staff of the branch you are at to contact Çankaya Ankara Branch).

3. From all branches of Yapı ve Kredi Bank.

Those who will use this payment option will first make a debt inquiry via this link, print the screen printout and show it to the bank branch official with that document.

If there is a problem at the branch you go to, you can request to contact the Çukurambar Branch.

II. Installment Payment:

In installment payments, payment in 8 installments (1 advance + 7 installments) with a 15% interest rate difference is offered. In order to benefit from this opportunity, applicants should apply to Türkiye Ekonomi Bankası (TEB) and Yapı ve Kredi Banks between August 15 - 23, 2024.

Conditions to be considered in installment transactions:

1. For installment transactions at TEB, it is necessary to open an account with the Bank and define the Automatic Collection System (OTS). For this, it will be sufficient to apply to any TEB Branch.

2. In order to make installments at Yapı ve Kredi Bank; an account must be opened at the bank and the Installment Education System (TEST) must be defined. For this, it will be sufficient to apply to Yapı Kredi Mobile or any Yapı ve Kredi Branch.
