In order to sign the contract, our staff who are entitled to go with the noble grant must send their signed Learning Agreement, Insurance Policy, Passport front page, address, telephone information toerasmus@lokmanhekim.edu.tr 1 month before the mobility dates. Your documents for learning mobility must be signed by yourself, your administrative supervisor
Personnel with conditional acceptance must sign their acceptance documents by April 1, 2025.

All Mobility will be granted for a maximum of 4 +2 days.
An e-mail will be sent to the staff with explanations about the mobility and the required documents.
The staff who will waive the mobility must submit the waiver petition to the Erasmus office until March 20, 2025 at the latest.
