The symposium “Violence and Beyond-II” organized in cooperation with Lokman Hekim University Faculty of Medicine and Lokman Hekim University Free Village Treatment and Rehabilitation Center was held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, between 09.00-14.00 at the A block -1st floor conference hall of our university.
Lokman Hekim University Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih GÜLTEKİN and Chairman of the Board of Trustees Dr. Mehmet ALTUĞ and Lokman Hekim University Mental Health and Diseases Department Head Prof. Dr Zehra ARIKAN made the opening speeches of the panel.
Prof. Dr. Aslı KURUOĞLU made the first speech of the panel under the title of “The Formation of Violence in Psychoanalytic Aspects”.
Prof. Dr. Behçet Coşar discussed the topic of “Mobbing in the Workplace”, followed by Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Samet Can Demirci continued the panel with his speech titled “Abuse against Children”.
Afterwards, Specialist Psk.Dan. Melike Uslu Taş talked about the Women's Solidarity Center and Shelter Activities of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.
At the end of the panel, certificates of appreciation were presented to our speakers for their participation. Thank you to all our participants.
