FALL SEMESTER

• August 5 - August 10, 2024: Submission of the list of compulsory/elective courses to the Student Affairs Coordination Office after being reviewed by the relevant committees.
• August 22, 2024: Announcement of the fall semester course schedules and available courses.
• Dates Determined by ÖSYM: Payment of tuition fees and initial registration for students placed through YKS and DGS.
• Dates Determined by ÖSYM: Payment of tuition fees and initial registration for students placed through YKS additional placement.
• August 26 - September 6, 2024: Payment of tuition fees by existing associate and undergraduate students.
• September 9 - September 15, 2024: Course registration and advisor approvals.
• September 13, 2024: Orientation program for first-year students.
• September 16, 2024 - December 27, 2024: Start and end of classes.
• September 23 - September 27, 2024: Add/Drop period and advisor approvals.
• November 4 - November 10, 2024: Midterm exams start and end.
• November 15, 2024: Entry and announcement of midterm exam grades.
• November 18 - November 20, 2024: Opening of the system for financial error appeals and entry of evaluated appeals.
• December 30, 2024 - January 12, 2025: Final exams start and end.
• January 13 - February 2, 2025: Semester break.
• January 15, 2025: Entry and announcement of final semester grades.
• January 16 - January 17, 2025: Entry of evaluated appeals related to financial errors.
• January 20 - January 26, 2025: Make-up exams start and end.
• January 29, 2025: Announcement of make-up exam grades.
• February 3 - February 4, 2025: Applications and evaluations for single-course exams for graduating students.
• February 5 - February 7, 2025: Payment of fees for students applying for single-course exams.

• February 12 - February 14, 2025: Additional Exams (for students who complete the maximum duration of study at the end of the fall semester).

SPRING SEMESTER
