The Seminar Series – 40 organized by the Lokman Hekim University Halal Product Application and Research Center will feature a seminar titled “Innovative Foods in Terms of Halal Compliance” on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 9:00 PM.
The speaker for the seminar will be Prof. Dr. Cengiz Caner, faculty member of the Department of Food Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University; Prof. Dr. Mete Köksal, Member of the Board of Directors of the Lokman Hekim University Halal Product Application and Research Center, will moderate the session.
We invite all our academics, students, and interested participants to this scientific and interactive gathering, which will address innovative approaches and current research in the field of halal food.
