Plans the appropriate internship places, allocates the students, announces the internship places, submits them to the Department Board, plans and implements the internship orientation training, follows up all the documents related to the internship (insurance entries, professional practice books, etc.), communicates with the supervisors, receives feedback, plans a meeting at the end of each internship period, enters the internship grades, plans the White Coat Wearing Ceremony.

Department Syllabus Preparation Committee
Prepares the list of courses to be offered in semesters and submits it to the department board. Notifies the faculty secretariat of the lecturers and external hourly paid lecturers who will take the course in the prepared course list. Prepares weekly course programs. Places the courses in the weekly schedule in the classrooms in the ASC Time Table program and submits this list to the faculty secretary. Shares the final version of the syllabus with the department board. Participates in the meetings determined by the curriculum preparation coordinatorship.

Department Examination Program Preparation Commission
Prepares the midterm, final and make-up exam program by taking into account the courses of vertical transfer, transfer, transfer students, students with lower courses. Follows and announces the exams of the lecturers who teach outside the department. Reviews the exam documents.

Department Bologna Coordinatorship
Examines the content of Bologna information packages (course code, semester, evaluation system (40% midterm; midterm, presentation, homework, etc., 60% final), learning outcomes and course learning outcomes-program qualifications table compatibility, ECTS and evaluation system workload table compatibility, SLO-Program qualifications table, bibliography, etc.). Before the start of the semester, the Bologna information packages are sent to the responsible lecturers of the courses, and then the current version of the packages is entered into prolize. Similarly, the department updates the system when the program qualifications change. Follows the curriculum.

Department Career Planning and Graduate Monitoring Commission
The advisor of the 4th grade of the relevant year is responsible.
Identifies students in graduation status. Follows students before and after graduation. Informs students about career development. Plans the post-graduation period and shares it with the Department Board.

Participates in purchasing meetings, requests relevant materials, creates inventory.

Provides information about scientific meetings, manages the budget used for social purposes in the department, follows up on the birthdays, marriages and exam success of the faculty members of the department.
