Lecturer Dr. Fatma Nur Duman from the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, Lokman Hekim University, held an informational seminar regarding her educational visit to the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Maribor in Slovenia, which was conducted within the scope of the Erasmus+ KA131 Staff Mobility for Training program.
During the meeting, faculty members were provided with comprehensive information about the health sciences and nursing programs offered by the University of Maribor at the undergraduate and graduate levels, its modern simulation infrastructure, and its academic operations. In addition, both internal observations and cultural and social experiences related to the city of Maribor were shared.
The event highlighted the contributions of Erasmus+ Staff Mobility to academic development, research collaborations, and the internationalization vision. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions about the process at the end of the presentation.
The meeting was a productive and inspiring exchange that raised awareness among faculty members about international education opportunities.
