The Clinical Nurse Educator Training Program organized by the Nursing Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Lokman Hekim University was held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the C Block Seminar Hall.
The program comprehensively addressed the critical role and responsibilities of clinical nurse educators in healthcare services, the contribution of effective communication skills to professional success, methods for problem-solving and conflict management in challenging situations, the creation of clinical environments that support learning, and current approaches to ensuring the safety of patients, students, and staff.
