Lokman Hekim University Communication Department is an administrative unit established to determine the communication strategies of the university, to create an effective communication network with the internal and external stakeholders of the institution, and to ensure that the university is perceived correctly and positively in the local and international arena. This unit, working in coordination with the university administration, carries out communication activities for the target audiences of the institution, the press, prospective students, graduates, academic and administrative staff.
Mission and Vision:
The main mission of the Department of Communication is to increase the local and international recognition of Lokman Hekim University, to effectively announce the scientific, cultural, artistic and sports activities of the institution and to create a solid communication network with the target audiences of the university. Its vision is to increase the brand value of the university by using communication tools in the most effective way in the digitalizing world and to develop strategies in line with the communication trends of the future.
Communication Tools and Strategies:
The Department of Communication effectively uses digital communication tools as well as traditional communication tools. Social media platforms, website, e-bulletins, video content and digital advertisements are the main tools used to reach the target audience. In addition, the university's achievements and activities are covered in the media through press relations and press releases.
