Working Procedures and Principles:

Plans suitable internship locations, assigns students, announces internship locations, submits to the Department Board, plans and implements internship orientation training, follows up on all internship-related documents (insurance registrations, professional practice logs, etc.), communicates with supervisors, receives feedback, plans meetings at the end of each internship period,

enters internship grades, and plans the White Coat Ceremony.

Department Course Program Preparation Committee

Working Procedures and Principles:

Prepares the list of courses to be offered in each semester and submits it to the department council. Notifies the faculty secretary of the teaching staff and external lecturers who will teach the courses listed in the prepared course list. Prepares weekly course schedules. Assigns courses in the weekly course schedule to classrooms using the ASC TimeTable program and forwards this list to the faculty secretary. Shares the final version of the course schedule with the department council. Attends meetings determined by the course schedule preparation coordinator.

Working Procedures and Principles:

Prepares midterm, final, and make-up exam schedules considering vertical transfer, horizontal transfer, cross-major students, and students who have failed courses. Monitors and announces exams of instructors teaching courses outside the department. Reviews exam documents.

Working Procedures and Principles:

Communicates with the University Erasmus Coordination Office. Conducts studies to develop Erasmus agreements within the department, informs students about Erasmus, provides guidance to students going to Erasmus, and provides information to the department on related matters.

Department Bologna Coordination Office

Working Procedures and Principles:

Reviews the content of Bologna information packages (course code, semester, assessment system (%40 midterm; exam, presentation, assignment, etc., %60 final), learning outcomes and course learning outcomes-program requirements table alignment, ECTS and assessment system workload table alignment, DÖÇ-Program requirements table, bibliography, etc.). Before the semester begins, it sends the Bologna information packages to the instructors responsible for the courses and then enters the updated versions into the system. Similarly, it updates the system when there are changes to the program competencies. It monitors the curriculum.

Working Procedures and Principles:

The advisor of the 4th-year students of the relevant year is responsible.

Identifies students who are about to graduate. Monitors students before and after graduation. Informs students about career development. Plans post-graduation and shares it with the Department Council.

Attends procurement meetings, requests relevant materials, and creates an inventory.

Provides information about scientific meetings, manages the budget used for social purposes in the department, and keeps track of the birthdays, marriages, and exam successes of department faculty members.
