Results of Staff Training Mobility Applications

within the Scope of 2024 and 2025 KA171 Projects Have Been Announced**

Candidates who wish to submit an objection must submit a petition to the Erasmus Office no later than 17:00 on 16 December 2025.

Candidates who are selected as principal and grant-supported are required to upload the documents listed below to the relevant announcement they applied for via TurnaPortal at least 1 month before their mobility start date, and additionally send scanned copies of the same documents via e-mail to erasmus@lokmanhekim.edu.tr.

  • Letter of Acceptance for 5 days excluding travel
    (According to KA171 programme rules, mobilities shorter than 5 days are not accepted.)

  • Signed Staff Training Mobility Agreement (click to download)

  • Turkish ID Number, IBAN, and address information must be entered into TurnaPortal.

After all required documents are completed, the grant agreement will be signed.
