Application / Application  Conditions To apply to the program CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Avarage)  should be 
  • 2.20 /4.00 for undergraduate students ,
  • 2.50/4.00 for graduate and PhD students.
  • A valid language proficiency test score from the language exam held in our university.
  • Students who want to apply to the Erasmus Program should take into considiration of quotas of valid mutual agrements in that academic year.

**All application documents must be delivered complete and signed otherwise it will be considered as invalid and incomplete. Evaluation Criterias P  of the CGPA  and  P of the language proficiency test score compose the total/last score. Placements will be done according to the students’ preferences/choices on the basis of those total scores by Erasmus Evaluation / Election Office. Increasing or decreasing can be made acorrding to the following criterion.

(if the student re-applies for Erasmus + mobility)  -5 (!) All evaluations are made according to the rules in the manual of period 2018 Erasmus+ Main/Basic Action1: which is  in the  Handbook for Higher Education of  individuals’ learning mobility published by the Turkish National Agency of  EU Centre for Education and Youth Programmes of  the Turkish Ministry of Europe.   After Being Elected / Chosen All applications are evaluated and selected students are announced on the University Web page according to the calendar specified. Please check the announcements section of our website for election results. The Erasmus + Office will contact to your host university to nominate you formally.  A copy of this email will also be sent to your university email address. Please check if the e-mail has arrived or not. You must then follow the instructions and processes of the host university for admission. Read the information package carefully through the website of the university you are going to. Please review carefully  the application deadlines, course schedules, academic calendars of Erasmus+ students, and if any, the documents that you need to fill out and submit. Please ( if there are ) fill out the application form and accommodation form of the university you are going to and send them to the specified address in whatever way you are asked to do (mail, fax, scanned e-copy).Note that you must meet deadlines (which can vary from institution to institution). Late applications may not be accepted. Your "acceptance Letter" will be prepared and sent to you as a result of your application to the counter agency. You can obtain the “Confirmation Sheet” prepared for the visa from the Foreign Relations Office after your admission document arrives (the document must specify the dates you will be at the opposite / host university.). Fill in the"learning Agreement" with your department coordinator. Each document must be signed first by you and then by your department coordinator, and then submitted for the signature of Erasmus University coordinator and/or institution stamp. You must send your documents as requested by the host institution (fax/e-mail/mail) in order to be signed and approved by the host  university. It is sufficient to send the document approved by the other institution by e-mail to our coordination office. Launch your  passport and visa procedures. It is the responsibility of students to have a valid passport before applying for visa procedure. Each country has different application procedures and requires different documents. Ask the consulate for a list of required documents for Erasmus + students and also get information about residence permits (whether they are required or not and where to get them). Student visa and residence permit procedures can take a very long time; students are advised to start application procedures at least six to eight weeks before the start of the exchange periods! The Office of Foreign Affairs will provide a letter to the student stating that he or she has participated in the Erasmus + exchange program, (because he or she will need it  to apply for a visa), and also stating that the student will receive mobility grants allocated by the National Agency; Open a  euro  bank account. Deliver a copy of your account information  to the International Relations Office. After obtaining your visa, visit the International Relations Office for final checks and identification of your OLS (Erasmus Online Language Support)  exam and signing your contract. Students have to submit all the documents which are in the documents section of this web page before the mobility begins. Students will not be able to leave for the exchange without submitting these documents, otherwise the exchange process will not be valid.    Financial Contract If a student is given a mobility grant, the student will receive 80% of the Total Mobility Grant before entering.   Students will receive the remaining 20% of their mobility grants upon returning to Lokman Hekim University, provided that they submit all necessary documents. Before leaving, the student must sign a financial contract prepared  by the Erasmus + Office to accept the responsibilities that come with the grant. After signing the financial contract, students will be expected to take an online language exam before leaving Turkey. (Once they have completed the mobility, they will receive it again.) The amount of money that the National Agency provides for each country is different.   1. Passport and its photocopy
  2. Certificate of approval (Confirmation sheet) ;Turkish and English signed and sealed document showing that the student has been selected as an Erasmus+ student, the amount of grants he / she will receive monthly, the University he / she will go to and the dates of his / her visit.
  3. Acceptance Letter and photocopy: it is a document sent by the host university that shows that the student has been accepted to the University as an Erasmus student.

  6. Confirmation of Study Period: it a document that shows the period of your staying in the host university. You must download this document from our website and have it signed and sealed on the day you go to college and the day you leave.
AFTER MOBILITY   There are documents that you must submit to the International Relations  office in order to receive the remaining grant when you complete the Erasmus process,. These documents must be submitted within 30 days of the end of your mobility. Please submit the following documents to the International Relations Office full. Duration sheet: A document that shows the duration of stay at the host University. This document must be signed and sealed both  on the day you arrive at the University and also on the day you leave and then must be delivered to the Office of Foreign Relations upon your return. Incomplete signed or unsealed documents will not be accepted. Transcript: It is the document showing the grades you have received from the courses at the University you are visiting. A copy must be delivered to the Office of Foreign Relations and a copy to the Erasmus+ Coordinator of the Department. Passport copy: You need to  bring your passport to our office when you submit your return documents. Please submit your transcript and any other documents requested by your department coordinator to your coordinator in order to carry out the equivalence (academic recognition) procedures for the courses you have taken from the other institution. Second OLS (Erasmus Online Language Support)  exam: It is the exam that must be taken  for the second time and final time after the end of mobility. You can access the OLS page via your e-mail address and current password, which are registered in the OLS system, and update your roundtrip dates from  "Edit My Profile" tab to enable your exam active and complete it. EU survey (final report): When you complete  the necessary documents and procedures in the first 4 articles,  the EU survey will be sent to your e-mail addresses. In order to complete your mobility (academic recognition and remaining grant), please complete the survey as soon as possible.
