The Closing and Sustainability Meeting of the Caffeine Awareness Project Was Held
Within the scope of the ESC30 Caffeine Awareness Project, supported by the European Solidarity Program and the Turkish National Agency under the reference number 2023-3-TR01-ESC30-SOL-000171860, the Project Closing and Sustainability Meeting was held on May 30, 2025, hosted by Lokman Hekim University.
The event, held in Room 400 of Building A at Lokman Hekim University, was attended by young volunteers aged 18-30 who actively participated in the project process, along with valuable academics from Lokman Hekim University.
Throughout the meeting, the project's impact on young people was evaluated, and opinions were exchanged on how to spread awareness initiatives like this. Participants agreed that the Caffeine Awareness Project should not be just a temporary event, but should become a lasting awareness movement that can create social awareness in the long term.
Additionally, it was decided to prepare a sustainability plan to ensure the sustainability of the project's outcomes. In this context, the following were identified as priority steps:
- Continuing educational activities,
- Updating informative materials,
- Expanding the scope of the work by involving new volunteers.
