Documents Required for Submission of the Master's Thesis Proposal Form
- Thesis Proposal Form
- Transcript initialed by the advisor
*Once the thesis proposal form has been submitted, the Board of Directors will review it and notify the student via email, using their student ID number, of the Board's decision.

- Research Permission Form
- Surveys and Scales to Be Used
- Ethics Committee Approval Page (May not be submitted during the application phase)
Documents Required Before the Master’s Thesis Defense Exam
*All documents must be submitted to the Institute at least 20 days prior to the scheduled thesis defense exam date.
**The latest date within the submission period is the date specified in the academic calendar as the “Final Day for Submission of Master’s/Doctoral Theses to the Institute.”
- The final version of the thesis formatted according to the thesis writing guidelines (Word or PDF)
- Plagiarism report
- Transcript signed by the advisor
- Thesis defense exam jury appointment proposal form
- Ethics Committee Approval page

- Personal Thesis Evaluation Form (must be submitted separately for each member)
- Thesis Defense Examination Minutes
- List of Audience Members Attending the Thesis Examination (must be submitted if there are audience members other than the committee)

*Documents must be submitted within 3 business days following the exam date.
*The submitted thesis proposal form will be reviewed by the Administrative Board, and the Administrative Board Decision will be communicated to the student via their email address associated with their student ID.
Submission of the Doctoral TİK Report
- Thesis Monitoring Committee Evaluation Form
- A report (one or two pages) summarizing the student’s work on the thesis project in broad terms
*Documents must be submitted within 3 business days following the TİK meeting date.
