Minor and double major applications at our university are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the “Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major and Minor Programs, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer in Higher Education Institutions,” published in the Official Gazette dated April 24, 2010 and numbered 27561, as well as our University’s Double Major and Minor Program Directive.
Minor and double major programs are academic programs that enable students to develop their knowledge and skills in different academic fields during their undergraduate education. Application processes for these programs are evaluated within the framework of the relevant legislation, academic calendar, announced quotas, and application requirements. Students who plan to apply are advised to carefully review current announcements, application dates, required documents, admission and evaluation criteria.
There is currently no double major program available within the Department of Midwifery; however, students of the department may apply to minor programs in line with the announced requirements.
