Required Documents for Registration

Applications will be accepted online, and documents will be collected during final registration.

  • Copy of ID
  • Transcript
  • ÖSYS placement and results certificate

Document confirming admission to the top 20% (to be provided by the Student Affairs Office)

Online Application

Applications must be submitted separately as “Double Major Application” and “Minor Application” from the “Application Procedures” menu in the Student Information System.

Program Application and Admission Requirements

Applications for Double Major programs at our university are made in accordance with the Regulations on Transfer between Associate and Bachelor's Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer in Higher Education Institutions, and the provisions of our University's Double Major and Minor Program Guidelines.

(2) The student must have completed all credit-bearing courses in their major program successfully up to the semester they are applying for.

(3) Students cannot enroll in more than one minor program at the same time.

(4) Students cannot apply for a minor program if they have applied for a double major program, nor can they apply for a double major program if they have applied for a minor program.

(5) Students can apply for a minor program at the beginning of the third semester at the earliest and at the beginning of the sixth semester at the latest in their major undergraduate diploma program.

(6) At the time of application, the student's GPA in the major program must be at least 2.50 out of 4.00.

(7) Students who enroll in Lokman Hekim University undergraduate diploma programs through inter-institutional horizontal or vertical transfer must have completed at least one semester in the program they enrolled in to be eligible to apply for minor programs.
