Here are the principles regarding taking courses from other universities in case our university does not offer a summer term:
- Courses to be taken must be approved by the relevant department chair and subsequently endorsed by the university board.
- The national or ECTS credits of the courses must be equivalent to or higher than those at Lokman Hekim University.
- Course content must be identical.
- Except for common courses such as Turkish Language, Principles of Atatürk, and History of Revolution, a maximum of 3 courses can be taken.
- Procedures for recording courses taken from other universities on student transcripts are conducted in accordance with the Lokman Hekim University Regulations for Undergraduate and Graduate Education and Examination.
- The grade obtained during the summer term for repeated courses is considered valid.
- The relevant transcript must be sent by the offering university with a cover letter, or if brought by the student, it must be sealed, signed, and stamped.
