Within the scope of the activities organised by Lokman Hekim University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, the symposium titled ‘Graduate Students Tell II: Clinical Experiences in Prosthetics and Orthotics’ was held on Friday, 18 April 2025 at the C Block Conference Hall of the university. In the event, Prof. Dr. Nilgün BEK, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Banu ÜNVER, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nilgün BEK, Assoc. Assist. Demet ÖZTÜRK ÇİÇEK took part as a member of the Symposium Organising Committee.
The most up-to-date and evidence-based information on prosthetics and orthotics, which are used in various cases and require a multidisciplinary approach, met with the participants with the presentations of speakers who are experts in their fields and have clinical experience. With the workshops carried out on real cases, the participants had the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge they had acquired. At the end of the symposium, scientific discussions were held on the subject. In line with the feedback received from the participants, the event was completed with a high level of satisfaction.
