Course and Exam Information
Lokman Hekim University Language Teaching, Application, and Research Center (DİLMER) provides comprehensive information on Turkish courses and exams for the academic year 2023-2024:
Turkish Courses:
DİLMER offers various Turkish courses tailored for international students, focusing on improving reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Turkish. The courses are designed for different proficiency levels, including A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1. Each level has a specific duration and total hours of instruction.
- Level A1: 6 weeks, 180 hours
- Level A2: 6 weeks, 180 hours
- Level B1: 6 weeks, 180 hours
- Level B2: 6 weeks, 180 hours
- Level C1: 8 weeks, 240 hours
Exams:
DİLMER conducts certification exams and proficiency level determination exams to assess Turkish language proficiency.

Turkish Certification Exam:
- Fee: 1000 TL
- Components: Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking
- The exam is held in person, and participants need to schedule appointments.

Turkish Proficiency Level Determination Exam:
- Fee: 750 TL
- Components: Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking
- The exam is held in person, and participants need to schedule appointments.
Exam Details:
- Both exams are conducted face-to-face with a daily quota of 5 participants.
- Students interested in taking the exam must request an appointment by sending their passport, bank receipt, and a signed petition to dilmer@lokmanhekim.edu.tr at least one business day before the exam, indicating the desired exam date.
- Online participation is available for those unable to attend in person. Online participants must also send the necessary documents to dilmer@lokmanhekim.edu.tr.
Exam Fees:
- Payment details for the exams are provided, and students need to follow the specified procedures for registration.
Certificates:
Certificates are awarded based on the results of the exams:
- A1 Level Certificate
- A2 Level Certificate
- B1 Level Certificate
- B2 Level Certificate
- C1 Level Certificate
Note: Exam results will be sent electronically to students' email addresses within 14 days after the exam date.
