The Department of Midwifery at Lokman Hekim University is organizing a Mentor Training Program to support the academic and professional development of mentors who contribute to student education.
The event will take place on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, between 10:00 and 12:00 at the C Block, Meeting Room No. 2.
The program will focus on the importance of the mentoring process, key aspects of student-mentor relationships, and effective communication skills. By the end of the training, participants are expected to carry out their mentoring roles in clinical practice more consciously and effectively.
Through this program, Lokman Hekim University aims to enhance the quality of clinical education and strengthen the collaboration between academia and clinical practice.
