The Department of Midwifery at Lokman Hekim University successfully organized the Mentor Training Program on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00. The program aimed to support students’ academic and professional development.
During the event, the importance of the mentoring process, key aspects of student-mentor relationships, and effective communication skills were discussed. Participants reported gaining valuable insights that will enable them to perform their mentoring roles more effectively and with greater awareness.
With this initiative, the Department of Midwifery continues its efforts to strengthen student development and foster a culture of mentorship within the university.
