I. Internal Stakeholder Meeting and I. External Stakeholder Meeting were held online on December 18, 2024 to receive the opinions and suggestions of our valuable internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the continuous development of the Quality Assurance System of our faculty, to analyze the current situation regarding education-training, research-development, social contribution and entrepreneurship activities, to identify the aspects open to improvement and to plan for the future.

Quality in Education
In our faculty, the 5-year curriculum was updated in 2021 and structured according to DUÇEP-2021. In order to ensure the continuity of quality in education, the curriculum was reorganized according to DUÇEP-2024 as a result of the interviews held with each department at the beginning of the academic year in line with the revised Dental Education Core Education Program. In this direction, a road map showing how our curriculum structure and program competencies are achieved has been created.
A matrix has been created for a newly graduated dentist to identify and differentially diagnose diseases or conditions caused by the symptoms and signs defined in DUÇEP-2024. In addition, it is shown how a newly graduated dentist reaches competence through the courses and subjects in our curriculum for the diseases and clinical problems that he/she diagnoses or pre-diagnoses, treats or refers after evaluating the symptoms and findings of the patient who applies to him/her.
The Core Diseases and Conditions Learning Levels have been defined in detail, and the maximum level aimed to be reached through dental practices and the courses and subjects that contribute to this level have been determined. The basic dental practices that a newly graduated dentist should perform and manage at certain levels have been clarified. In addition, the minimum level of performance and therefore the minimum level of learning that should be exhibited during professional practices is clearly stated.
