use of certificates and trademarks
Organizations applying for halal certification to LHUHAM are granted the right to use the certificate and trademark for a period of three years if it is found appropriate as a result of the audits, inspections, tests, evaluations and committee procedures for the product / service applied for.
During this process; the conformity of the certified product or service continues to be monitored by performing surveillance and special audits when necessary. When a nonconformity is detected, sanctions such as warning notification / suspension / narrowing the scope / cancellation of the certificate and termination of the contract are applied according to the degree of importance.
Organizations granted the right to use the certificate and trademark are obliged to comply with the provisions of the LHUHAM Halal Conformity Assessment Directive as well as the terms of the LHUHAM Certificate and Trademark Usage Procedure as long as the validity of the certificate and contract continues.
